Of course, I did tweak the ingredients a bit by adding extra protein powder, which likely changed the texture. Instead of a soft, fluffy bake, mine had more of a bar cookie consistency—and while it wasn’t picture-perfect, it was still delicious! Plus, each serving packed 15-16 grams of protein, and let’s be honest, finding a tasty way to hit those protein goals is what really matters! 💙🍪
