Skillet Creole Mac N Cheese with Smoked Sausage

Cook Macaroni, Drain, Set Aside Chop the Smoked Sausage

Chop the Onion and Red Bell Pepper

Cook the Smoked Sausage , Onion, and Bell Pepper until Onion and Bell Pepper is tender.  Pour into another pan and set aside. Preheat oven.

Make the Sauce with Butter, Flour, Milk, Sour Cream, Salt , Creole Seasoning.  Set aside.

Grate the cheeses and set aside.

Assemble - this recipe makes a lot!  More than one skillet can hold! Bake 375 degrees until bubbly and browned.

Serve hot! Place extra pans in freezer for an easy supper later!  Top with extra cheese before baking if desired. I did!
