Two coats of craft paint (Walmart)

Add eye screw to center and small nail to side. Open eye screw up a bit with a screwdriver

Make a bow with the EZ Bowmaker and ribbon. Available at Trendy Tree

Secure bow to fluff box and fluff out loops and tails.
