Pork Tenderloin

First trim away the silvery tissue on the tenderloin

Place on a pan to go in the refrigerator later

Rub the dry mix in or place mix and meat in a plastic bag and shake Refrigerate uncovered for 8-12 hrs. 

Option: Rub 2 T coffee grounds in. Refrigerate uncovered for 8-12 hrs. 

Heat grill to 400-450° Allow meat to come to room temperature and cook until temp of 140° Remove from heat

Temp should come up to 145° or cook until desired temp We prefer ours a little higher.

Allow to rest for 10-15 min before serving Add extra salt and or pepper as desired
