Easy Chicken Salad from Leftover Roast Chicken

Easy chicken salad recipe made from leftover roast chicken. Just chop the chicken, add Mayo, sour cream, sweet relish and a few other seasonings for a tasty salad or sandwich.

  • Chop the Chicken into small bite-size pieces. I prefer using a knife but you can use a chopper or food processor. Just take care not to chop it too fine.

  • Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and sweet relish with chicken.

  • Add 1 tsp of spicy mustard (taste and add more if needed)
  • Add salt, pepper, garlic salt, dill weed and smoked paprika to taste. The amount of seasoning will depend on the how the chicken was cooked. Taste along the way!
