Instructions

  • Cut the mesh into 20" pieces. 36 pieces total
  • Use the curl-ruffle method and make two ruffles, crisscross them, and secure into each twist on the wreath.
  • Cut 2.5" and 7/8" ribbons 20" in length. Place 7/8" ribbon on top of 2.5" ribbon. Undo twist, place ribbon cluster and re-twist.
  • Attach metal sign by punching a hole in the top and bottom center. Secure with floral wire or chenille stems to the wreath form. Place in the center or side. Secure well, but try not to smush down the mesh too much.
  • Make a bow and secure with chenille stems. Bow placement varies depending on the placement of the sign.
  • Finish ribbons off with a dove tail or angled cut as desired.
  • Smooth all the ribbons and make sure right side is showing, clip any frays, run your finger under the ribbons to give them a slight curl.
