DIY Winter Angel Wreath with Trendy Tree Supplies

Basics
The mesh pieces were cut 20″ in length, and ribbon strips 12″. Two pieces of mesh were placed in each twist along with a ribbon cluster. Attach the sign with chenille stems and make a bow!

DIY Winter Angel Wreath
Equipment
- bowmaker Optional
- Collapsible Mesh Roller holds mesh rolls for easier cutting
- Metal Punch Amazon
Supplies
- 1 24" Pencil or Work Wreath Color that blends with mesh, silver or white
- 1 Sign Winter Antel
- 2 10" Mesh 10" 10.25" or 10.5" Blue, White
- 1 4" Ribbon White
- 1 2.5" Ribbon White Sheer
- 1 7/8" Ribbon Blue
Instructions
- Cut the mesh into 20" pieces. 36 pieces total
- Use the curl-ruffle method and make two ruffles, crisscross them, and secure into each twist on the wreath.
- Cut 2.5" and 7/8" ribbons 20" in length. Place 7/8" ribbon on top of 2.5" ribbon. Undo twist, place ribbon cluster and re-twist.
- Attach metal sign by punching a hole in the top and bottom center. Secure with floral wire or chenille stems to the wreath form. Place in the center or side. Secure well, but try not to smush down the mesh too much.
- Make a bow and secure with chenille stems. Bow placement varies depending on the placement of the sign.
- Finish ribbons off with a dove tail or angled cut as desired.
- Smooth all the ribbons and make sure right side is showing, clip any frays, run your finger under the ribbons to give them a slight curl.
