Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 
Note: Prepare the orange juice ice cubes ahead of time by pouring one cup of juice into an ice tray. Freeze, then store the juice cubes in the freezer in a ziplock bag until ready to use. This eliminates the need for extra ice and helps maintain the orange flavor.
