  • In a blender, combine a vanilla protein shake, frozen strawberries, a frozen banana, yogurt, and drink mixes. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

Notes

This smoothie makes more than 32 ounces, which is usually too much for one person to drink at once. So, I divide it into 5 8-9-ounce cups, cover with tinfoil and freeze.
