Yogurt Parfait
Now I know there is nothing new about a yogurt parfait….I get it! I mainly wanted to tell you about this brand of granola I found that has no added sugar and only 2 net carbs!
It’s called NuTrail Blueberry Cinnamon Nut Granola. It’s chocked full of sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, coconut, almonds, and pecans. Erythritol and monk fruit give it a sweet taste along with dried blueberries, butter, and a touch of cinnamon. The cinnamon isn’t overpowering at all.
Perfecting Your Parfait
The ingredients are simple! Your favorite flavor of yogurt, assorted fruit, and granola. Here’s what I put together for my breakfast this morning. I’ve included my affiliate links to make shopping at Walmart easy))

Just layer the yogurt, fruit, and granola. I divided mine into two servings. One for breakfast, and one for tomorrow…..or you could share with someone)))
Serving Yogurt Parfait
It doesn’t hurt to use a pretty dish for your yogurt parfait either)) These were my grandmother’s serving dishes. She used them for ice cream only and most of the time it was Borden’s vanilla. Plain and simple, and it was so good.
The granola is a bit expensive at almost $10 for an 8 oz bag, but using just a couple of tablespoons at a time, it will go a long way. Actually, it’s pretty tasty right out of the bag for a quick snack too!
