Small space floral projects are one of my favorite ways to add a little charm without taking up much room—or spending much money. I recently spotted a cute lavender arrangement in a white pot and almost bought it, but decided to make my own instead. With two coffee mugs from Dollar Tree and a purple foxtail bush from Trendy Tree, I put together two mini florals that turned out just right. It wasn’t just about saving a few dollars—it was the simple satisfaction of creating something myself.

I also used a few leftover pieces from a green floral, hot glue gun, and wire cutter. If you need a little extra filler here’s another inexpensive bush from Trendy Tree, with lots of texture.

I couldn’t find any small ceramic vases that I really liked, so I decided to get creative with coffee mugs instead. They were the perfect size and super affordable. I just positioned the florals so the handles don’t show—unless one happens to be facing forward on my desk, and honestly, I’m okay with that. It’s a simple workaround that still looks polished and pretty!

A Little Bloom Until the Real Ones Arrive 🌸

These small space florals were such a fun and simple way to add a pop of color around the house—one found a spot on my bookcase, and the other brightens up my desk. They’ll hold me over until my hydrangeas and azaleas decide it’s their time to shine (hopefully soon!). Whether you’re in between seasons or just want a quick DIY win, this project is a sweet reminder that a little creativity can go a long way.
