Why I Love the LESCO Zero Pump Handheld Garden Sprayer

Problems with Handheld Sprayers
We finally broke down a few years ago and paid about $50 for what we thought was a fantastic tool for spraying my roses. It worked great—until about the second use. That’s when the side of the tank caved in, likely from pressure build-up. The only way I could finish spraying was to take the top off completely and just go for it, mess and all.

A Few Things That Aren’t Perfect
Like with any tool, there are a couple of small things that aren’t quite perfect with the LESCO handheld garden sprayer. It holds two gallons of liquid, which can get a bit heavy for me to carry around. Thankfully, the hose is long enough that I can set it down and spray several feet around me before needing to pick it up and move it again.
The measurement markings on the side are a little hard to read, but a quick fix with a permanent marker made a big difference. And of course—like with any battery-powered tool—keeping track of the right charger can be frustrating. I solved that by plugging it into a specific outlet and keeping the packaging label attached so it doesn’t get mixed up.
Other than that? No complaints here! I’ll be the first to admit—after the fact, I’ve seen a few negative reviews out there, and I’m sure defective products do happen from time to time. But all I can say is that we’ve been very satisfied with ours, and it’s served us well season after season.
Why I Recommend It
Simply put, this sprayer works just like it says it does—and that’s saying a lot these days! It holds a charge really well. In fact, mine even held its charge from last season, which honestly impressed me. When I’m finished spraying, it’s easy to release the pressure, and I love that the wand snaps right into a holder. That small feature alone makes it so much less likely to be tripped over or damaged.
If mine quit working today, I wouldn’t hesitate—I’d go out and get another one. It’s just that good.
