All Tea Well: A Sweet, Summer Loaded Tea Maggie Loved
We had a surprise visit last week from Maggie and her new puppy, Ricki — and you know I had to whip her up a loaded tea while they were here!
Maggie picked out a new to me tea called All Tea Well from the Silver Lining Lessons collection. At first, the name threw me a bit, but a quick peek at the SLL website cleared it up — it’s a fun twist on the phrase All Too Well. (And haven’t we all said that a few times before?)
A Pretty Drink with a Punch of Flavor
The name may have been clever, but the drink itself was even better. All Tea Well turned out to be the perfect summer pick — fruity and sweet with just enough tart to make it interesting. It’s a blend of orange, pineapple, kiwi lime, and cherry, and the colors layered up so nicely it looked like something off a menu. Maggie said it reminded her of a sour candy — in the best way. It was gone in no time, and I have to agree… it was one of the best-looking teas I’ve made yet.
You can find the full recipe for All Tea Well at Silver Lining Lessons — my go-to source for all things loaded tea. They have so many fun and affordable recipes you can make right at home, and it’s a great way to enjoy something refreshing without spending a fortune.
Always Worth a Drop-In
There’s just something special about a quick visit — especially when it comes with hugs, puppy kisses, and the chance to mix up a fun new tea. The grandkids all have their favorites, of course, but I like to nudge them into trying something different each time. With so many recipes from Silver Lining Lessons, I don’t think we’ll ever make it through them all — but we sure have fun trying!
It’s always a treat to hand them an icy cold, refreshing drink — and yes, I keep a stash of “to-go” cups just for that. After all, that’s part of a grandmother’s job, right?
Over time, I’ve gathered a few go-to supplies that make mixing loaded teas quick, easy, and affordable. I’ll list some of my favorites below (with links) in case you want to start your own little tea station at home.

One Last Little Tip…
If you’ve made a few loaded teas, you know that many recipes only call for a tiny amount — maybe ½ or ¼ teaspoon from a packet of drink mix. That means you end up with lots of half-used packets floating around. I tried sealing them with a heat sealer once, but that was more trouble than it was worth. Now, I just keep things simple and use binder clips — the kind with the fold-down metal arms. They work like a charm, and you can clip a few packets together to keep everything neat and easy to grab.
Your Turn!
Got a smart way to store those half-used drink packets? Or a favorite loaded tea tip you swear by? Share it in the comments — I’m always up for learning a new trick, and who knows… your idea might just save the rest of us a little time (or mess)!
