Pink Candy Cane Wreath Supplies

XX769927 24″ White Pencil Candy Cane Form

RY8020AF 10.25″ Faux Jute Mesh

RE550227 10″ Snow White Mesh

9100W-156-25E 1″ Pink Dupioni Ribbon

115W-029-25E 1″ White Velvet Silver Back Ribbon

Basic Instructions

Mesh – Cut into 20″ strips. (Note, we came up a tad short on the last piece, but it didn’t hurt a thing! If you had rather be on the safe side you could cut the strips 18-19″ but generally 20″ works just fine. Plus, you use up the whole roll of mesh with no short leftovers.)

Ruffles – Roll the edge of the mesh under just a bit and scrunch up through the middle making a “ruffle.” Place the snow mesh ruffle on top of the pink striped mesh and secure in the twist on the candy cane.

Bow – We made a simple bow with three six-inch loops of the pink ribbon, and three 5.5″ loops of the white velvet ribbon. We also added an extra tale with the white ribbon letting the silver side show.

Make a hanger for the candy cane wreath with a chenille stem, zip tie, or floral wire.

All Done!

Told you this was a quick and easy wreath to make! I absolutely love the pink candy cane wreath. And shhh… don’t tell Carrie, but I have a feeling this one might accidentally stay at my house instead of going back to the shop! It’ll look perfect on my front door or even the back porch.

    1. We so enjoyed your visit! Thank you for dropping in))) Carrie hasn’t created a kit for the candycane, but the products are listed in the blog post. You probably have ribbon in your stash that will work because it only takes a little. Thanks for following!
