Light Blue Perfume
Retirement Tip
Use your favorite perfume every day, otherwise, it may outlast you! My favorite perfume is Light Blue Perfume by Dolce & Gabbana (my Amazon affiliate link). And I use it every day!
But you’re retired your say, and you stay home every day you say. Yes, that’s all true. But every morning I get up, get dressed, do my makeup and hair, and start the day.
I’ve always been picky as far as fragrances are concerned. Isn’t everybody though? You won’t find bottles and bottles of different fragrances in my bathroom, only one. I’m a steady girl when it comes to perfumes. I only want one at a time.
When I was younger and received perfume as a gift, I usually saved it for special occasions. No more! And if I don’t get it as a gift, I’ll buy it for myself.
I’ll never forget the first time I saw someone actually purchasing their favorite fragrance for themselves. I was on a trip with some nursing buddies in Chicago or Boston and we were out shopping in exclusive department stores. Well, I was browsing, and others were shopping. I had to save my spending money for meals)) It was early in my career as a bedside critical care nurse, everyone else on the trip was either a head nurse or executive director. One of my friends asked the clerk if they had such and such perfume and she replied yes, and went to the back of the department and came out with a bottle. I don’t know what it cost, but it wowed me. It seemed so foreign to me…..and now I understand. If I haven’t received my light blue perfume as a gift, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy it for myself.
Dolce & Gabbana
Light Blue perfume is not really perfume, but a toilette spray. It has a light, fresh, clean scent. If you haven’t tried it, you should! It comes in a men’s fragrance too, I need to keep that in mind for Father’s Day which will be before you know it.
Light Blue perfume would be perfect as a Mother’s Day gift too!
I wish they would make more products in the scent. All I’ve seen is the spray and a gift set that contains a spray, travel-size spray, and a tube of hand cream
Sharing is Caring
When you run across a great product, you want to share the find with others.
